Employer Sponsorship

Employer Sponsorship Visas

Get sponsored by an Australian Employer

Australian employers can sponsor overseas workers and professionals through the Employer Nomination Scheme. This entitles the visa holder to stay permanently in Australia. There are other visa options in the ENS scheme that enables visa holders to stay in Australia on a temporary basis. Giving visa holder and sponsors flexibility. Applicants can apply for this visa on-shore or off-shore. For applicants already in Australia they must be a holder of a substantive visa.
